Pre-Order Policy
A lot of our lighting fixtures are for pre-order since these have yet to be fabricated. To pre-order, simply click the Add To Cart button and proceed to checkout to get things moving. Our team will then contact you to advise the estimated delivery date.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an advanced purchase made on an item that has limited or no availability. These have yet to be fabricated and scheduled to be shipped out at a later date.
What is the lead time?
Generally, the lead time for fabrication and delivery is 30 - 45 business days. However, for clients outside of Cebu, last mile delivery may take a little longer depending on local shipping schedules.
How do we pay?
Payments may be made via credit/debit card or bank deposit. Since this is a pre-order, we will require at least 70% down payment to secure the reservation and 30% to be paid before ship out. The 30% balance will have to be paid via bank deposit only. Our team will be in contact with you regarding the bank details.
Can we cancel pre-ordered items?
Pre-ordered items are made especially for you; thus, only items that have not yet been fabricated are eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately at highlightsandco@gmail.com so we can check if a cancellation can still be made and a refund may be facilitated.
