To maintain customer service standards, below are our general guidelines concerning order fulfilment.

SHIPPING POLICY

The standard shipping lead time is 3 to 7 business days, upon fulfilment of payment.

For in stock items, the standard shipping and delivery lead time is 1 to 3 business days, upon fulfilment of payment. For pre-orders, the lead time is generally 30 to 45 days. For more information on our Pre-Order Policy, please read here.

Within CEBU (Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City): Free delivery will be offered for a minimum order of PhP 10,000.00. For orders below, shipping fee varies per location.

Outside CEBU: Shipping fee and lead time varies per location.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Within CEBU: An authorized representative should sign an Acceptance Form upon receipt to approve the condition of product/s delivered. Any concern must be pointed out so a replacement may be considered.
  • Outside CEBU: A period of 3 days upon receipt of delivery will be granted to the client to approve the condition of product/s delivered. Any concern must be emailed to highlightsandco@gmail.com within the said period of time so a replacement may be considered.
  • To complete product returns, we will require a proof of purchase to be e-mailed to us. Products should be returned unused and in the same condition as received. They should be shipped in its original packaging and shipping costs should be fully shouldered by the client.
  • Once order has been confirmed, the client will only be allowed to cancel purchased orders within a 24 hour period. If the 24-hour period has passed, the store is responsible for deciding whether or not the client will be eligible for a refund.
